The programmes
What is the difference between the two programmes?
The Discipline Protocol (£19) is a three-session-a-week strength programme for the gym or home with dumbbells, with a full tracker, daily scorecards, weekly reviews and a playbook. Budget Home Gym (£13) is for setting up at home from scratch: three equipment tiers from about £30, an 8-week plan, a tracker and a shopping checklist. Both are self-guided and last 8 weeks. See the Programmes page.
How do I pay, and how do I get my files?
Both programmes are sold here, in pounds, and your download link is emailed straight after payment. If your card is in another currency, your card provider converts the amount.
Do I need equipment?
The Discipline Protocol needs a gym, or dumbbells, a sturdy chair or bench and a mat at home. Budget Home Gym starts with about £30 of kit (bands, a mat and a skipping rope), and every dumbbell exercise has a Starter alternative.
How do I learn the exercises?
Both guides give every exercise a set-up, three technique cues, the most common mistake and an easier alternative. Most free-weight and bodyweight exercises also have a simple start-and-finish diagram.
Do the spreadsheets work on my phone?
Yes. Open them in the free Microsoft Excel app, or upload them to Google Drive and open with Google Sheets.
Is personal coaching included?
No. Both are self-guided. They are general fitness education, not medical advice, and no particular result is promised. Complete the readiness check in either guide before you start.

The brand
Do you sell clothing?
Not yet. The first collection is in development. Join early access to hear when it's ready; we haven't set a date and won't announce one until it's real.
