Terms of service

1. Who we are

ironmustobey.com is run by Edmund Acheampong, a sole trader trading as Iron Must Obey ("we", "us"). Address: 235B Bromley Road, London SE6 2PG, United Kingdom. Email: ek@ironmustobey.com. We are not VAT-registered.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you buy from or use ironmustobey.com. Please read them before you buy. If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

3. What we sell

We sell digital training programmes: downloadable PDF guides and workout trackers for Excel or Google Sheets. Each product page lists exactly what's included. The previews on our site are taken from the real files. We don't currently sell physical goods.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are shown on each product page and at checkout. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. You pay in full at checkout using the payment methods shown there. If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before your order is fulfilled and you can cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order

Your order is accepted, and our contract with you begins, when we send your order confirmation email. If we can't accept an order, we'll tell you and won't charge you.

6. Delivery

Your download is available straight after payment. See our Digital Delivery Policy for details.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Before buying, you're asked to agree to immediate access to your download and to confirm you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it's available. Your rights if a file is faulty or not as described aren't affected. See our Refund Policy.

8. Your licence to use the files

When you buy a programme, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download it, use it and print copies for your own training. You may not resell, share, upload, publish or distribute the files or any part of them, or use them to coach others commercially, without our written permission.

9. Health and safety

Our programmes are general education for healthy adults aged 18 and over. They are not medical advice and aren't tailored to you. If you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or haven't exercised for a long time, speak to your GP or a qualified professional before starting. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or chest discomfort, and seek medical advice. Train within your limits, warm up, and use equipment safely and as its maker intends.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Our products are for personal use: we're not liable to you for any business losses.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products, including text, programmes, trackers, designs and the Iron Must Obey name and logo, belongs to us. Except as allowed in section 8, you may not copy or reuse it.

12. Emails from us

We send order and download emails so we can deliver what you bought. We send marketing emails, such as training tips and new releases, only if you've signed up, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. If something goes wrong, please email us first: most problems can be fixed quickly.
