The problem
Buying kit is easy. Using it is the hard part.
People rarely stall at home for lack of willpower. They buy the wrong kit, follow a different plan every week, and stop before the habit sticks.
Wrong kit
Spend first, plan later, and half of it never gets used.
No plan
A different workout video every day makes progress impossible to see.
No record
Without last week's numbers, there is nothing to beat this week.
What you receive
Four files. Everything decided.
Everything works together, from choosing your kit to the last session of Week 8.

A one-page guide to the files and your first week.
Budget Home Gym Guide
26 pages. Three equipment tiers, a one-page 8-week roadmap, all 30 sessions, a 22-exercise library with set-up, technique cues, the common mistake and an easier option, plus warm-up, small-space set-up, nutrition basics and safety guidance.
Workout Tracker
Excel workbook that also opens in Google Sheets. All 30 sessions pre-filled. Marks each session complete, works out weekly attendance, tells you when you're ready to progress, and shows your first, latest and best for every exercise.
Smart Shopper's Checklist
Every item from all three tiers on one printable checklist, with typical price ranges, so you buy what you need and nothing else.
Inside the download
The real pages
These are actual pages from the guide you receive.

Equipment
Pick your budget. The plan adapts.
Approximate UK prices. Every tier is spelled out, so you never guess what to buy.
Bodyweight and bands
Resistance bands, a mat and a skipping rope. For tight budgets and small spaces.
The sweet spot
Everything in Starter, plus adjustable dumbbells and a step for steady progression.
More variety
Adds a kettlebell, an adjustable bench and a suspension trainer. Nothing in the plan requires it.
How it works
Eight weeks, three phases
Every exercise, set, target and rest period is decided for you. One rule decides when to progress: hit the target on every set in two sessions in a row.
Foundation
Three full-body sessions a week while you learn the movements and set your starting numbers.
Build
Four sessions a week, alternating Day A and Day B. Dumbbells come in if you have them.
Push
Four sessions a week with supersets and harder variations. Missed time doesn't reset the plan: pick up where you stopped.
Is it for you?
It's for you if you…
- are an adult starting out, or coming back after time off
- train at home: a flat, a spare room or a garage
- want to know exactly what to buy before you spend
- want a plan and a record of your progress without paying for a coach
It isn't the right fit if you…
- already follow a structured programme and have trained consistently for over a year
- are chasing competition-level strength numbers
- have an injury or medical condition, or are pregnant or recently postnatal, unless a health professional has cleared you
- want personal coaching, a meal plan or a weight-loss plan

What is included?
One ZIP file with four files: Start Here (1 page), the Budget Home Gym Guide (26 pages), the Workout Tracker (Excel / Google Sheets) and the Smart Shopper's Checklist (2 pages).
I don't own any equipment yet. Which tier should I choose?
Start with Starter: resistance bands, a mat and a skipping rope, about £30–£45. Every dumbbell exercise has a Starter alternative, so you can add dumbbells later without changing plans.
How much space do I need?
About 2 m × 2 m. The guide includes a small-space checklist for flooring, anchoring bands, storage and noise.
I'm a complete beginner. Is it too hard?
Weeks 1–2 are for learning the movements, and every exercise has an easier option. Complete the readiness check in the guide before you start.
What if I miss a week?
Pick up at the session where you stopped. The plan is a sequence of 30 sessions, not fixed dates, so missed time doesn't reset it.
Does the spreadsheet work on my phone?
Yes. Open it in the free Microsoft Excel app, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
Does it include personal coaching?
No. It is a self-guided programme. There are no calls, check-ins or individual plans.
Will I build muscle or lose fat?
We can't promise any particular result. Results vary from person to person and depend on consistency, sleep, food, stress and genetics. The programme gives you a structured plan and a way to track your progress honestly.
Delivery and support
How does digital delivery work?
Straight after payment you get an email with a link to your download. It is one ZIP file. On a computer, double-click it to open. On iPhone, tap it in the Files app; on Android, use Files by Google.
What if I can't download or open my files?
Check your spam or promotions folder for the email first. If it still isn't there, or a file won't open, email ek@ironmustobey.com with your order number and we will resend your link.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
Because this is digital content, we ask you to confirm before purchase that you want immediate access and understand you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download is made available. Your legal rights still apply: if a file is faulty, missing or not as described, contact us and we will fix or replace it, or refund you where the law requires.
Is it safe for me?
It is general fitness education for healthy adults, not medical advice. Complete the readiness check in the guide before you start, and speak to your GP first if any question applies to you.
