Shipping policy

Everything we sell is a digital download. Nothing is posted, and there are no delivery charges.

When you get it

Straight after payment. Your download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. It also appears on your order confirmation page, with a download button, and on your order status page.

What you get

Each product page lists every file included, with its format. In general you'll receive PDF guides and a workout tracker for Excel or Google Sheets.

What you need to open the files

• PDF guides: any PDF reader. The free one built into most phones, tablets and browsers works fine. You can also print them.
• Workout tracker: Microsoft Excel (desktop or the free mobile app) or Google Sheets (free with a Google account). To use Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
• On a phone: the PDFs read well. The tracker works in the Excel or Google Sheets app, but it's easier to set up on a computer or tablet.
• ZIP files: if your download comes as a ZIP, tap or double-click it to unzip. Phones and computers can do this without extra software.

Download limits

There's no limit on how many times you can download your files. Save the files to your device once downloaded. If you lose them, email us and we'll send a new link.

Didn't receive your email?

1. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Iron Must Obey.
2. Search your inbox for your order number.
3. Still nothing? Email ek@ironmustobey.com with your order number and we'll resend your link, usually within 2 working days.
